SERVE. LEARN. LEAD. The SPH NYC Fellowship is more than shared housing or a service placement; it’s a shared way of life. Fellows live at St. Paul’s House and join in daily rhythms of hospitality, worship, and service. As part of the fellowship, you won’t just volunteer; you’ll be plugged into the fabric of our community, sharing life with neighbors we’ve walked alongside for years through meals, youth programs, and neighborhood events.
LIFE IN RHYTHM. Fellows embrace the daily patterns of the house: praying together, sharing meals, welcoming neighbors, and serving side by side with volunteer friends. Weekly gatherings provide time for reflection and learning, while seasonal events invite fellows deeper into the life of the wider community. These rhythms shape a balanced life of service, rest, worship, and celebration.
COSTS, BENEFITS & SUPPORT. Housing and shared meals are provided at St. Paul’s House, and Fellows are invited to raise financial support that sustains both the ministry and their fellowship experience. Our team walks alongside each Fellow in this journey, offering training, resources, and personal guidance to help connect with churches, family, and friends who want to partner in the work. Fundraising becomes more than meeting a need—it’s a chance to share the vision, invite others into the story, and experience God’s provision within a supportive community.
WHO CAN APPLY. The Fellowship program is open to young adults (18 to 25 years) who want to grow in faith, leadership, and service. Applicants should be ready to live in intentional community, embrace rhythms of prayer and service, and join SPH’s mission of hospitality and love in NYC.
