Our mission extends beyond immediate assistance, aiming to equip future leaders with the skills, compassion, and dedication required to continue this vital work.

The fellowship program is designed and divided into two main components. The first component emphasizes practical, hand-on training. Fellows will engage directly with out core service operations, including managing our soup kitchen and pantry programs. They will also gain insights into the administrative efforts that support these services, and have opportunities to collaborate with other non-profits within the city, thereby understanding the broader landscape of social service work.
The second component focuses on spiritual development. Each fellow is paired with a mentor who will guide their spiritual journey through their time with us. Fellows will participate in reading groups that foster deep discussions on faith and service, and attend weekly lectured from esteemed local pastors and spiritual elders. These lectures are designed to deepen their theological knowledge and enhance their ability to lead with both wisdom and empathy.
